Inversion table

An inversion table is a piece of physiotherapeutic equipment designed for the treatment of lower back pain. It provides a safe way for the patient to be suspended at an inverted angle or completely upside down with the aim of decompressing the intervertebral discs and stretching the torso muscles. The intensity of the exercise and inclination angle can be adjusted to suit individual requirements.

The inverted position also benefits the brain, abdomen and cardiovascular system, alleviating disorders such as varicose veins.
